This month's blog post comes from a video I shared with clients. Be sure to check it out below! I shared a few variations of holding a plank, because sometimes a plank just doesn't sound fun (or maybe isn't accessible to us, yet).

The motivation behind the video was to share some motivation throughout this holiday season. It can feel harder this time of year to keep moving. So now is the time to just keep moving...and maybe in little chunks at a time...every little bit counts! If you don't have time for a daily workout, you can at least find time to hold a 1 minute plank.
