COVID Safety Precautions

Safety is a priority, ALWAYS. 

During your private session you can expect:

• masks are optional, and if you have a preference, please let me know

• sanitation station 

• vinyl loop covers used on hand and foot straps, washed after each session, clean for YOU

• machines FULLY wiped and sanitized after each use

Exercise is so important to our mental and physical health...and now more than ever.  I want to take all steps necessary to make sure you feel safe and comfortable during your Pilates time.

Not quite ready for an in-person session?  No problem.  Online Sessions are available at a reasonable rate.  Time length and prices vary to create an at-home session that is perfect for you.  Let's talk!
